Cards help
Take a clear photo
Place the card flat, avoid glare and keep its edges visible. Choose an image or allow camera access. Retry keeps your selected image.
Duplicates and corrections
Cards looks for duplicates by email, phone, then name. A new scan fills supplied fields; review the contact and edit it in Contacts.
Destinations
Configure connections in your account. Scans are saved automatically in Cards before synchronization. A warning indicates a destination failure. Editing a contact does not automatically propagate the changes.
Scans and credits
Check usage on your dashboard. A successful scan uses one included unit, or one credit once the quota is exhausted. Failed extraction does not consume a credit. Imports are subject to the contact limit.
Privacy
Private data is unavailable offline. A thumbnail or logo may be stored in the contact vCard. Export your data or delete your account from settings.
Security
Use an HTTPS address to sync your contacts. Revoke assistant keys and connections from Account. Report issues to contact@getcardscan.com without attaching personal data.
